Well they got back from Portland on Labor Day, but the vet place was closed so I spent Labor Day at the Kennel. What a holiday.

George and Sharry had a nice time on their wine tour and even saw the spruce goose the big airplane built by Howard Huges. You know he is buried in Houston. Big deal

When they got back on the train they had another party with the grandkids. 8 kids running around and playing in the water. Did I mention I was at the kennel?

I got home on Tuesday and since then I have been resting. Getting ready for our long trip. We leave tomorrow and we should be at the beach on Sunday. George is taking the short cut through WA, ID,UT,CO and Kansas. We will have a boring trip I think.

Anyway we have had a lot of fun in nice cool Seattle and with the result of a little accident today everything has been just fine. No one was hurt but Sharry's car is in bad shape.

We will try and let you know about our trip as we stay in one Motel 6 after another.
