It's been fun for the past few years living a block from the Gulf of Mexico, but hurricane Ike is making us move on and fast as it appears right now that he is headed for Crystal Beach with winds of over 120MPH and a storm surge of 15 or more feet. Let's hope that he does not come here. We are leaving for higher ground and saying goodbye to our great beach house. Wish us luck.
